I Have a Question

How many of you have had someone join MyBloggers just to lambaste you for something you posted to your blog? Then they disappear and never come back to read your witty rebuttal.

It's happen to me twice in the almost five years since I joined MyBloggers. The most recent attack was on "The Starboard Grill - a Review". A 'lady', possibly named Charlene, didn't like my review. She claims she has dinned at The Starboard Grill on numerous occasions and this restaurant has only been open for a short time. She also feels that this restaurant is one of the best dining establishments in town. My guess is that she's the chef's mother.

We don't see irate family members giving GreatMartin a hard time over his restaurant reviews. This person must be googling the name of the place to monitor what people are saying about it. As if the people on MyBloggers are going to cancel our trip to Port Albie's Starboard Grill after reading one of your posts.

One time I posted about a quilt my mother had made that was quilted by another lady, whose name I mentioned, and that woman's grandson created an account just to point out that she was his grandmother. I thought it was a waste of effort, why didn't he stick around to be friendly?

Your answer should be, "What, me worry?" Yeah, it's a shame she didn't get to read your response (or she may have read it and just not commented). It's annoying, but people like that aren't worth the fuss.
