we have ever been owned by is Angel. She is the only one, out of five, who ever bonded with DH and not me. She washes her feet in her water bowl. She prefers bathroom water for drinking. For almost eleven years we have had to keep the toilet lid down, when not in use, as she used to try to drink out of the toilet but being too small would usually just fall in. She laps up the water left behind after someone has had a shower and she licks the water droplets off DH's ankles when he gets out out of the shower. She doesn't like chicken, turkey, salmon, lasagna, cows milk, Wiskas kitty milk, canned cat food that has been refrigerated or any brand of cat treats. She has a problem digesting wheat (It gives her room-clearing gas). She does like a bit of tuna as a treat, once in a while and she loves the little tan coloured, crunchy bits amongst the predominantly redish coloured round pieces of cat food in her geriatric Whiskas. We limit her food intake to the smaller suggested serving size but she still weighs a tad more than she should (maybe if she didn't sleep 23 hours a day....). We suspect she has found another food source. She does not eat wrens, chickadees or hummingbirds but she does enjoy bringing them into the house and playing with them until they die, leaving feathers and little blood smears all over the house. She will only tolerate being brushed for a short time before she turns on the brusher with gnashing teeth and raking claws. When she's been bad and DH chastises her she rolls onto her back with all four paws hanging limp in the air and says, "Yes Master." with her eyes. When I chastise her she swishes her tail at me and sashays out of the room but I'm her BFF when her daddy isn't home.
We have guesstimated her birthday as being August 15 and this year she will be eleven years old. She is beautiful, quite the character aka weird and we love her very much.
