Fulling -- A finishing process in which the woven or knitted cloth is subjected to moisture, heat and friction causing it to shrink considerably in both directions and become compact and solid. In heavily fulled fabrics both the weave and the yarn are obscured, thus giving the appearance of felt.
A lady at my Thursday Spinners group requested another spinning wheel bag but this time she wanted two handles and flame colours.
I knit and fulled this mitred tote bag for my craft market table.
I don't care for pinks and purples but I had a bag full of it and someone out there will love it.

I love that second bag as well!
looking good Marge
Very nice designs! I wish I wasn't allergic to wool.... I always like felted items. Nicely done
Pretty! I like the pink/purple.
Not felting or quilting here, but sure do appreciate those who can. I like both bags -- I guess I am partial to purple.
I love the reds and yellows but there are purple people out there who will go for the other one.
Looks like it takes talent to get all parts to shrink in proportion. WTG!
I love felted items, and have yet to do it successfully. One of these days! But first I need to finish this quilt.
