DH and I picked out our Christmas tree. It was the best of the remaining seven trees on the lot. DH couldn't understand why there were so few trees and I had to tell him that most people already have theirs set up in their livingrooms and decorated by now.
We decorated it last night. As children will be, for the most part, absent this Christmas we used the newest, shiniest and prettiest balls. Also, as it was Peaches and not Angel who considered tinsel to be shiny spaghetti we were able to put it all over the tree and not just the top two thirds. The tree looks splendid in the evening with all the tree lights on.
But what's this under the left side of the tree? Why it's Angel who believes we have a Winter celebration just for her. She has already claimed our tree.
Angel let the devil out during the night and we woke up to cat barf encased tinsel and one downed reindeer.
We were very surprised that all the balls were still on the tree, including the non-breakable ornaments we hung near the bottom for her amusement. I wonder what trouble she'll get into tonight.

Beautiful tree Marg Hope you and the family have had a great Christmas - ready for the new year? Mmmm, been thinking about Angel . . . perhaps she had a touch of 'tinsilitis' . . .
Better late than never (decorating tree). Less time for the cat to get into things. Great photos.
Nice tree, but OMG! is that green stuff outside?? It's been all white here for the last 2 months. As much as I want to live on the coast, I'd miss the snow.
Angel is a lovely cat. I have always wondered at the catly trick of being able to display themselves so winningly.
And why not .He know that we like Cats and Dogs.
Looking forward to seeing the tree in person if Angel hasn't undecorated it all before we arrive. Nice tree. We didn't get one this year but I gathered some downed branches and hung some of my small ornaments on them.
Very nice tree and decorations. I'd rather wake up to barf than poo. Chewy has had diarrhea the past two days and he doesn't clean himself very well, my poor kitty. He "offset" in different places. So I had Ed hold him and I cleaned him. I was rewarded with growls, but he always forgives me. Meanwhile, I am totally out of pet stain remover.
Lovely tree. Reminds me of the trees of my youth with the icicles. Somewhere along the way, I gave up putting icicles on my tree. Don't really know why.
Ho Ho the tree is wonderful along with the cat there. Great photos.Nice decoration and presents under the trees. Oh!I did see one that had my name on it.Will I be getting this soon.Merry Christmas Marge
