I've finished painting my wheel. DH has been out of town most of the week so I was able to really work on it and not have to think about making the bed or cooking supper, etc. Fortunately, he'll be home tonight because I can't get the #%&@ thing assembled.
I had no trouble putting the 'mother of all' together
but it hurts my arthritic thumb trying to push the legs into their holes. It also requires a rubber mallet and I'm not even sure we have one or where DH might hide one if we do
and I still have an assortment of do-das and thingy-ma-jigs waiting to be put in their proper places. If DH isn't too tired he'll give me a hand after supper and if he is too tired I'll just turn my feminine charms on him. "Oh Sweetheart, you're SO good at this." ;o) Pictures later.....maybe.

I like your husband strategy but Ed, looking over my shoulder just now, says that doesn't work. Doesn't work with YOU, I said. It all looks good, even unassembled. Photo when you can, please.
I like the color you have chosen and think it is a good job.
