I have begun my Green Goose sweater with the "Fresh off the Wheel" yarn. It's easier than I expected and is looking good. The photo is of the right front and back. Half of the neck opening is in the top right corner and the sleeve will eventually be knit from the top left. Ribbing will be added to the bottom when the rest of the sweater is completed.
I love the vertical stripes.

I did not (of course) "get" your explanation, but I love the colors. Post the finished piece please.
The blues and greens are so pretty together.
Some of my previous sweaters were too short, and one of them I mailed to Sue in Mississippi. It didn't fit her, so she let someone one street talk her out of it. I hope they were more short-waisted than I am.
Coming together Marg
It's so pretty. I just love self-striping yarn because you get that extra design element with the same amount of effort. That is a silly name for such a nice sweater.
