That's what I'm going to name my next two kitties, Cardi and Socks or maybe Nitty and Purl and the one with the sharpest claws I'll call Needles. I'm going to need a lot of cats to use up all the names I have waiting for them.
Modern parents don't seem to like the old fashioned baby sets. You know, the little bonnet, jacket and booties all in pastel shades of pink, blue or yellow. They want grown up clothes in grown up colours on their wee ones. So this will be on my craft table some Sunday when the temperatures are not in the 30's C (90's F).
A grandad, V neck cardi with matching socks. I knit it with superwash sock yarn so it can be machine washed.
