Weekend's Almost Over

Thank Goodness! He's upstairs, making himself useful by vacuuming. If he breaks my Dyson I'll kill him! Tomorrow he goes back to work and maybe I can get some more pink knitting done.
I don't know what's the matter with me today. I sat in front of the boob tube from 11:00AM to 6:30PM watching old black and white movies from The Thin Man series. I'm not sure how much sleep I got but I lost track of the number of times my head snapped back waking me up. Now my neck is sore and I probably won't be able to sleep tonight. Phooey! Oh well, at least the weekend is almost over.

I've just accepted the fact that things are different whenever Edie is home, that most things domestic will be done by me and me only, I should not complain or question it if Edie does do a surprise chore around the house, and that days she works are different than those days that she doesn't. Accepting all of this means I can better enjoy whatever day is happening.

Yikes, I hate that feeling inbetween wanting to watch movies and needing to sleep. I too, do the jerking awake thingy and then I'm sore the whole next day from "trying" to sleep on the "uncomfortable for sleeping" couch,

Asta! Nick and Nora! They were so cosmopolitan. I want a Dyson, too, will see if any of the casinos have them for their Christmas gifts. I know we have enough a Wii system, surely it's enough for a Dyson.

If my husband had ever vacuumed, I would have fainted dead away. He was always at the golf-course. So, I could do whatever I wanted ---and did. Ha!! Hang in there MOnday is here.
