Sounds daunting doesn't it? Actually, it was. For years I've wanted The Wall. The whole wall all to myself. I would fill it with family photos going back to our great-great-grandparents and forward to our youngest grandchild. I would fill it with memories of important dates and those moments that would have been forgotten had we not thought to take a picture.
I now have my wall.
This morning it was a beautiful blank slate on which I could arrange, place and rearrange at my whim. Tonight my masterpiece is almost done. I have a large space on the right for a montage of our children from birth to marriage and a large space on the left for photos of all six of our pets.
Unfortunately, we have missplaced our photo album from 1975 to 1982. It will turn up and when it does I will finish The Wall.

It is arranged well and looks very nice.
Great job there Marge."The Wall"loved the title.
The Great Wall just might become the Great Walls! Great job, Marg.
You did a nice job on your wall, a good arrangement. I enjoy the pictures on my hallway wall of special times and special people, and often look at them, especially the one of my DH when I arrived in Vancouver, Sept. 46. we look so happy. He is saying "You are getting your picture took" and I thought it was a joke. We did not have street photographers in England. Sweet Memories!
Very nice!
I think family photos are great and are most appealing grouped on a wall than on various shelves and tables. My "wall" is my piano top. Maybe I'll have a wall one day.
I love the arrangement and that you have the very old wedding pictures (I'm not talking about yours in particular). Isn't it great when you finally get to implement something you've been planning for a long time?
the wall looks great! Its the little things in life ( like your very own wall to decorate) that puts the biggest smile on peoples faces
