I was doing that for a while last year but it's a lot of extra trouble when I only loose an average of one article per year.
Susil also had one of her posts disappear. I say again, type your post into your Word program and save it. Highlight the text, copy it, go to MyBloggers and paste it into the posting space. If it disappears go back to your Word program and repeat the process until it takes. It's so much simpler than using a volatile program you can't trust. I have a file in Word titled "Blognotes". I never delete any of it, putting my latest effort in at the top, highlighting it, copying/pasting, etc. Sometimes I'll change a few words after it's transferred over but the basic posts remain. It's a pretty big file now but it goes back a couple of years.
