Someone is really good at making those scuba outfits.
OMG! These poor dogs. Tartan only get "dressed" once with deer antlers (at Christmas not Halloween) and he wasn't too happy about being made to look ridiculous. Some dogs do have their pride.
When we try to put a hat on Buddy the Cat, he crouches down and stays very still until we get the message that we are torturing him horribly.

OMG those are hilarious! Sometimes a parent, taking their kid trick-r-treating, has the dog with them and of course I can't resist saying "Wow what a fantastic costume! Your kid looks sooooo like a dog!"
Last year my neighbor put a Superman costume on her springer spaniel. He seemed to enjoy it and ran around getting everyone to look at him. These are great costumes. If I had a pet, I'd be sure first, that he or she was okay with this.
None of those Pooches look very happy to be wearing those costumes, but they are funny. I hope they got some treats for their co-operation, and yes! it would liven things up to let a cat stroll by.
