Stupid People

I have a customer who, after I had instucted and expained to her how to download her pattern several times, reported me to PayPal for not sending the pattern. She sent the PayPal complaint AFTER I had sent her pattern twice. I expect she thinks she is going to get my pattern for free but I have more than enough proof that she is stupid.

Stupid people shouldn't be allowed to use computers!

Yeah, they have idiots on ebay too. Donna was selling her "big gurl" clothes from the past and clearly posted the measurements. Not 2XL or crap like that, but actual numbers in inches. She got a neutral feedback from somebody because the 'sizes ran small". Huh?

I'm not surprised with Donna's e-Bay experience. I don't blog about most of my dealings with bozos. It's too difficult to explain stupidity to intelligent people.

If craftymatt2 doesn't escalate the complain by October 10th it will disappear into the ether. She won't dare to escalate anything. I didn't delete any of her snotty, ignorant replies to my polite, e-mails of assistance.
