My Newest Spinning Wheel

I was actually looking for a yarn bowl when I walked into the 2nd hand shop. Any nice looking, unbreakable bowl would do. So, I step over the threshold and immediately my eyes are drawn to my right. OMG! It's a spinning wheel. I bought it on the spot.

It needs a bit of spit and polish but it's all in one piece, no brocken bits.

It will look so nice on the mantel next to the castle wheel Kim gave me.

It looks so shoddy next to the castle wheel I was thinking of putting a coat of polyurethane on it.
