He just called! He's coming out tomorrow morning with Mr Fix-it to give me an estimate. An estimate? Give me a break. At this point in time he could charge me $1000.00 and I'd probably pay it. I wonder if he's been reading my blog.

Roofers drive you nuts. We were so grateful to get our cabins done last summer that I try not to think about the low-grade product he put on - claimed the one we wanted and were willing to pay for was unavailable. Just so it lasts my lifetime, is all I care about.
