My knitting needles and spinning fibre finally showed up.
200g of superwash, undyed, Merino/nylon roving for two pairs of socks. One set of the beautiful Harmony straight needles.
While I was home. Canada Post tried to deliver another parcel to me. I know because I found the delivery notice in my mail box. I was home all morning. I was not in the shower. I was not running the blender or any power tools. I am not deaf nor did I nod off at 10:53am. (I got the exact time from Canada Post's website.) It sure would be nice if the parcel delivery lady would knock twice rather than gently tap once on my door. I'll even give her permission to use my door knocker if her knuckles are sore. So, now I have to wait until tomorrow, after 1:00pm to retreave another parcel from Canada Post's steely grip.
I finished my D-I-L's grey vest that she requested.
I hope she likes it. I really hope it fits.

Great looking sweater vest. Ruined steak at these prices is a disaster, not to mention disappointing.
Love your new goodies — and the vest! Have fun!!
That white wool looks so rich. I hope you don't dye it.
You are so dedicated to your craft! WTG!
That white wool is so yummy. Are you going to dye it?
Cool needles and R's vest looks so cozy
Everything you knit comes out just perfect. I was going to say ... like my cooking, but that's not true, I have lots of mis-steps.
