I need to go to the hospital tomorrow to get my right hip x-rayed. I actually went there last week but I couldn't find a parking spot, except for the numerous empty spaces that were reserved for "Doctor". Tomorrow I'm going in the morning before all the visitors show up. If I'm too late I will sit waiting until someone pulls out. I have a doctor's appointment next week and I want to find out if I have arthritis in my hip too. I'm hoping I'm wrong but so far I'm two for two; right thumb and right knee. I think I might have it in my left thumb and knee too but I guess our poor, beleaguered health care system can't afford the extra x-rays or maybe I have to mention the same problem a magical number of times before I can have it seen to. Anyway, there goes my morning and probably an hour or two of my afternoon.

I used the graphite paper to trace my designs on my spinning wheel yesterday. It's going to look SO good when I'm done.....as long as I don't horribly botch the paint job. I'm going to the Thursday Spinners this week but I'll be knitting. I'm not sure how long it will take me to work up the courage to put brush to paint. I have Essential Tremor in my hands and found the tracing to be difficult. God knows how it will affect my painting strokes. Oh well, I never was one for colouring within the lines.
