I have finally finished the duplicate Hush-A-Bye Baby set for the lady in Australia who's heirloom pieces were destroyed by the dry cleaner and it is winging it's way East over the Atlantic as I type. Yes, I know it's a lot quicker to send it on a West bound flight but judging by what Canada Post charged for the shipping I can only surmise it is taking the scenic route. I didn't make much profit on it because I made the mistake of giving her a price before seeing just how much work, materials and postage it would take. I allowed for nine weeks to complete the project but it took eleven. I allowed for six skeins of wool but it actually took eight. I guesstimated the shipping would be $36.00 but because of the extra yarn required, it weighed in over two pounds and the price was bumped up to $50.00. It's all good, though, as I am selling my modernized and adapted copy of her vintage, 1945 pattern in my Etsy Shop: https://www.etsy.com/shop/Nittineedles
