I started this summer tunic when we left for vacation, August 3. By the time we got home I was so sick of it I tossed it aside to be finished later. It's later now. I don't usually show my work until I've completed it but I'm so close to finishing this I can taste it. This is what it looks like in the magazine I got the pattern from:
There is no shaping on this tunic so there is probably a big clip on the model's back, cinching the waist to make all of us chuncky knitters think it looks slimming.
This is the back of my lace tunic:
I didn't want my bra showing through the lacy holes that seem to be a lot bigger on my sweater than pictured in the magazine so I knit stocking stitch to discreatly cover the girls, not to mention my bra.
Now I just need to knit the neck and arm bands, block it and stitch up the sides. Don't worry, it will look so much better when I'm done with it.

"Okay", is my tepid response. Sorry I'm not more excited.
It is pretty and delicate looking.
Nice top! I like the feather stitch thing on it.
I love that color, and good idea for the top part. If we can believe how it looks on the model, you won't be able to stand your own hot-ness. Remember that song "I'm Too Sexy for My Hat?"
