I'm taking a break from the latest shawl. I spent most of the morning trying to figure out the instructions for the lace edging but it's beyond my powers of comprehension today. I'll try again tomorrow. I'll explain the name when it's finished.
Meanwhile, I'm knitting some felted spinning wheel bags for holding a spinner's necessities like the orifice hook, oil, tissues for wiping up spilled oil, spare drive belt, etc. I should have a couple finished by the time we next go visiting in Nanaimo.
My next shawl will be knit with this "Sunny Days" rayon. I'm having trouble deciding which shawl to knit. This one? or this one? Any thoughts?

THE SPIRAL WOULD BE GREAT ON A TABLE, FOR A SHAWL I'D GET DIZZY, JUST ME. OPPS. sorry about caps lock
Spiral! It's probably harder.
I'll vote for the spiral one, but either one will look great in that yarn. Did I tell you I ripped out my sweater entirely and started over? I had a back and a sleeve done. I'm glad I did, because it's coming together much better this time, so I might actually finish it.
I love the spiral knit. It is beautiful!!
I love that spiraling pattern. Would love to see what you do with it.
Woah, that's like choosing between chocolate and champagne. Impossible! This is your baby sister, by the way.
sorry about caps lock
