I'm Not Leaving ... ... Yet

I've always considered my blog a visual one. It was perfect for showing off my knitting or anything else I wanted to blog about. Now that mybloggers has been abandoned (hopefully only temporarily) by it's maker things are starting to go haywire. I can't post any photos to my blog no matter which way I try. Everyone who joins mybloggers appears to be from San Fransisco. I can't change my avatar and spammers are rampant. I even tried to rejoin under a different name, knitpics, but I can't download an avatar and I can't post pictures there either. I may have to shudder go back to Blogster.

Why not start your own website. You can have total control of what you say, tell everyone here where you are, and not have any more problems. Look into a .ca domain name, and there are lots of inexpensive servers out there.. You might find it a happier place than blogspot or any of the big names..

Just an idea....

Interesting idea but I have total control of everything I say here. I followed my friends here from Blogster almost five years ago and I really don't want to leave without them.

I have a blogspot and I started one for 4C Camp for Adults, but I'm in over my head. I'm staying here although I spend much more time on fb.

I just went and looked at blogster. And I could actually see it! Usually it won't even load.

Blogger/Blogspot is also good, although not as easy to use.

I have a blog at Blogger/Blogspot too but I find it's not very user friendly.
