is what I'm off to the hospital for tomorrow morning. I've been putting this off since February but time has run out and I need to get this done. I'm not quite sure what all they are testing for other than cholesterol and hemochromatosis. I do know that I must fast for at least eight hours and then they will draw vials of blood and expect me to be able to pee in a cup for them. How the heck does one pee after neither eating nor drinking for at least eight hours. It's not like I can hold it for that long. I have the entire day to myself so after the hospital I'm heading over to the video rental place to get National Treasure and National Treasure 2. From there I'm making a bee line for Safeway to pick up some movie watching snacks and the biggest, greasiest, frozen pizza I can find for supper. I have been so good with my exercising and eating right. I need the break. I don't care if it's a beautiful sunny day and don't none of you try to call 'cause I'm not answering the door or the phone. I'll be in the basement rec room chowing down on rice cakes and licorice and watching my movies. I can't wait.
