My Handspun

This is my latest handspun. Some beautiful Corriedale that is getting snapped up quick. I sold one skein the first day I put it on my craft table and I sold the second the very next week. I'm very proud of these as I think they are the best spinning I have ever done.

It's beautiful. What thickness is it? Worsted? A friend of mine went to an alpaca farm on the western slope here that makes hand-painted yarn, and they string it out in a big room, then paint on the dye in a pattern. Maybe you could enclose your back yard and try it there.

Thanks. I didn't do the wraps per inch but my guess is somewhere between DK and worsted. I was going to dye it but thought I might as well put it on the table that Sunday. If I laid it out on tarps and dyed it on a hot day, I wonder if that would work.
