Chuckling Cat Update

My Chuckling Cat Shawl is done. I adapted it from a pattern called The Laughing Cat by MMario Leo a Pola de Finale Emelia. This man is a genius at designing beautiful shawls. The two I posted on earlier about not being able to decide which one to knit were both designed by him. By the way, I have decided to knit the spiral shawl, Queen Anne's Lace, as I'm not sure if I have enough yarn for the other one (and everyone seems to like it better). MMario's Laughing Cat is a square shawl that I cut in half, diagonally. What else would you call a half a laughing cat but a chuckling cat. I also added beads to the centre of each lacy paw print for some bling. The shawl sparkles in sunlight.

The black background shows the true colours.

Thanks. You know all that vacuuming and laundry and cooking and cleaning that most housewives do? Well, I knit instead.

I was sure there was an Angel Who Isn't story "woven" into the "fabric" of your "tail". Oh my, I've gone so corny. Beautiful work, as usual, Marg!

That's OK. Children love corny jokes.
Thanks.

Another gorgeous shawl. How can you turn them out so quickly, and such intricate patterns. I am impressed, a good idea high lighting the paws.

The shawl is beautiful but I don't see the cat.

There is no cat. Just the lacy paw prints he left behind.
