It's a Cat's Life

So, I have decided my first subject for the new camera is Angel. My decision rests entirely on the fact that she is so photogenic and she is such a ham. I had a little trouble getting her to sit still long enough for me to snap off a few pics but in general she was an excellent model and followed my instructions for poses to the letter. I have titled this photo display:

A Day in the Life of Angel

Here is our darling kitty up and at 'em and ready to start the day. She enjoys camping out (roughing it) on the deck in nice weather.

Here she is politely pointing out that although there is some food still in her bowl all the good bits have been eaten and she would like some more please.

After breakie it's time for her morning nap. After all, a girl needs her beauty sleep.

Lunch time. Napping sure gives a cat an appetite.

After lunch snooze in her chair...ya, that's right it's Her Royal Majesty's Throne.

I wasn't quick enough to catch her at play time. But I did get to clean up her toys.

After exerting all that energy our Angel is ready for......you guessed it.......a nap on the guest bed. After all, she is treated like a guest around here.

Supper time is Angel's third favourite time of the day.

Ahhhh. There's nothing like a nice, comfy, warm lap after dinner.

Here she is catching a quick cat nap before bed time. Could someone please turn off the light?

Decisions, decisions! Should she go out before she goes to bed or should she just go to bed?

After such a full day Angel is plum worn out. Good night sweet Angel. Pleasant dreams.

Amazing how you can go out at 11 a.m., come back at 3, and the cats are on the bed just as you left them. Exhausting work.

She matches the decor so well, like a chameleon. I especially love that first picture, it would make a lovely painting, Angel in the Jungle. Tell her hello from all of us.

Great job with your new camera, Angel is definitely photogenic, and her color is very similer to the chair,I hope nobody tries to sit down on her. Good luck on your Sunday Market. They are predicting a dryer day tomorrow so I will keep my fingers crrossed

That's about the pace of things here, too.

The gold in her fur is so different. Do you suppose Hobbes could have
something to do with it?
