It only took two phone calls and the offending vehicles are now parking in their designated parking lot. On the second call I spoke with an officer who didn't know where the yellow curb was. Actually, he didn't seem to know where the intersection (two major streets in town) was. He believed me and said he'd speak to the business owner about the illegal parking. That was the last day I saw the van or car parked at the yellow curb.
