This lady should have her computer taken away or maybe her credit card.

Early in the morning, while I slept, she purchased one of my patterns on line and five minutes later sends this message:
"I bought the pattern but thought I could download pattern so I can print it. How do I do this?"

Five minutes after that she sends this: "Please respond"

An hour and 14 minutes later she sends this: "what is going on, please call as I have tried and tried to download pattern I ordered. (insert long distance phone number) or (insert e-mail address)"

Riiight. Like I'm going to call the east coast of the USA from my house. HA!

Shortly after, I discovered her frantic messages and replied to her first message with this: "Hi,
Go to the invoice you received: (insert link)
In the "Ready to Download" box click on "View your files".
Under the little picture of the skirt is a "Download" button. Click on the "Download" button.

Then I replied to her last message with: "Your payment triggered Etsy's program that sent the pattern to you for immediate download. I was not ignoring you. I have only just found your e-mails.

Perhaps I was a bit testy with that last message. Next time I'll have my first cup of coffee before replying to computer illiterates.
