The Wait is Over

Several neighbours near our house own dogs and have cute dog crossing signs on their fences, in the lane, that are similar to these:

Our crossing signage arrived yesterday.

It will be prominently displayed on our lane fence too.

My new sapele business card holder arrived in the mail today.

It was custom ordered from a husband and wife woodworking team on Etsy. Their shop name is WhyNotStandOut.

There is only one order outstanding but should arrive in a week or so. It's more knitting stuff that I'm sure you wouldn't be interested in but I'm going to show it to you anyway, when it arrives.

By the way, the worst dog that I ever owned was a Sheltie. She was hateful
and impossible to groom and barked all of the time.

Must be traits of the breed. The neighbour's Shelties are the same.

The cat sign is adorable and your cards are nice too. Why not stand out,
indeed.

I'm all set for the Craft Market.

How nice, and just in time for the meeting at your house. They did a good job with the spelling - it'd be easy to mess up with the double letters.

I sent them a picture of my business card and told them which font to use. They were very obliging.
