Isn't that ridiculous? Isn't that just a pain in the you know what! Yikes! I hate these kinds of surprises, don't you? "Darn, just leave me alone and I'll be fine but, no, I have to face this darn window thing! All I wanted to do was mind my own business, be good, and enjoy the summer the best I could, but no-o-o-o-o-o, now there has to be this window bill!" (I think that's what I hear you thinking...it's what I would be thinking.)

Don't get me started on cars and the bits that go wrong with them. Cars have so many gadgets now-a-days (even the starter models) that everything costs a friggin lot to fix. Our electronic dash is playing up and we thought the car was dieing - were told Â£600 for a new dash - we can live with it blanking out and resetting every week or so. We can't even change the headlight bulbs ourselves - the mechanics virtaully have to take the wing off to do it!! Damn you renualt and all the hard to reach licence to print money bits n bobs!

I still remember having to get a replacement Ford badge on the work-car after it mysteriously went missingâ€¦SIXTY flipping dollars! For a bloody car emblemâ€¦I told the salesman they should be free, after all you are advertising their brand of car. Naturally he thought I was a bit bonkers. Oh well. Didnâ€™t come out of my pocket.

Six hundred dollars... for windows? I think it's because car repair places only have to keep parts in stock for a certain number of years. Not sure how long, but maybe not that long. Then you have to pay more, unless they can find a car like yours in an auto wrecking place. Have you inquired?

Well I am not surprised by all of this.
Not going to get any better.
I have many stories on prices.
After tornado hit our town and I got heavy brances falling on
the roof,made a couple of dents etc.
Price 1500 to fix it paint it etc?
Can you believe this.
Trying to save the insurance some money said I.
Can you just pop it up and put some touch up paint on it.
Said no way,we have to do this correct.Yea,right
