I weighed in this morning and I am happy to report that I have lost one whole pound. I know that doesn't sound like much, especially for my first week but it's one pound less than I was five days ago. If I could loose one pound each week over the next year I'd be one happy, healthy and slim camper. Thank you Niki for joining MyBloggers. Had I not read your blog I doubt if I would have gone back to the Weight Watcher's diet or any diet for that matter. Thank you all for your encouragement. I live with a man who is the perfect weight for his height and build and always has been. He tries hard but honestly knows nothing of the struggle to loose weight. I'm thinking of asking him for a membership to Curves for Christmas.
