New Roof Again and Other Stuff
They are still at it. My headache is still there and now my left eye has developed a tick. The roofer said my dryer isn't vented properly and he'll arrange for someone to come out and fix it for me. (I wonder what his kick-back will be?) The kitties have been in hiding most of the day. I'm afraid to let them out in case they get hit by the debris that's being flung off the roof. On the plus side, no fixtures have come crashing down from the ceiling and no pictures have been jarred off the walls. I did get out for a bit this afternoon. The daycare where DD#2 works and her sons, The 5 Year Old and The 10 Year Old, attend had a 'Tea Party' for the families of the children there. The younger grandson asked if I could come, so I spent 40 minutes dodging slopped tea, spilled milk, sticky little fingers and germs from all the coughing and sneezing that was going on. Lots of fun.LOL I suppose I should start thinking about which can I'll open for supper. Catch you later.
