Kitchentales' Tortilla Quiche

DH and I had this for supper tonight and boy oh boy was it good. DH suggested I add some chopped green pepper next time. I'm thinking more mushrooms as they shrank to next to nothing while being sauteed. Also, I used a combo of 1/2 cheddar and 1/2 mozzarella cheese.

The only ingredient I didn't add was the 3 1/4 oz can of B in B mushrooms. Is "B in B" a brand name?

It looks soooooo yummmmy. I think it's time for another visit. Could you put in Canadian type ingredients?

You know, like ham or turkey and mayo--a sandwich. Or with potatoes and egg and cheese.

I'm pretty sure they eat ham, turkey, mayo, sandwiches, potatoes, eggs and cheese in other countries. Is this an American thing?

Wow! I just ate breakfast, but this sure looks good. I use tortillas all the time, but usually with American type ingredients inside.

So pretty! Looks delicious, and yes, B&B mushrooms is a brand name. I'm thinking of all kinds of things you could add to this recipe, too. Yum City!
