1 1/2 cups Rye 1/4 tsp coconut extract 1 cup whipping cream (or Half and Half) 3 eggs 1 1/2 tbsp instant chocolate (powder or syrup) 1 can sweetened condensed milk
Blend in blender. Store in fridge.

I don't mean to be a kill joy, cuz I love Irish cream, but I though raw eggs posed a salmonella risk?
I am printing off the recipe. It sounds great. I have a friend who loves it.
I never knew how it was made, just drank it and enjoyed. I didn't know it had Rye. Ohhhhh.... that looks good. I'll have to put some Bailey's on my shopping list.
