This photo was inscribed on the back, "Platsburg Beach, USA July 24th 1952" That's Old Sister holding onto my arm. Can you see the death grip she has on me? I was probably screaming with pain immediately after the photo was snapped.
Here I am in 1953 or 1954 (again, nothing on the back of the photo). I don't look very happy. I'm not sure if she's squishing my fingers or maybe I just have to pee.
Here I am at age seven, visiting family in Kimberley, BC. It must have been a Sunday as we are all gussied up and Granddad has his collar on.
I think I'm eleven in this photo. I had long hair throughout my childhood except for when I had it cut at ages three, eleven and seventeen.
This is my high school photo from when I was 17.
That's it for now. I hope you enjoyed the show.

Beautiful pics and I'm sure lots of memories for you.
Around my town the Dutch Rub was worse.
Gorgeous! I love the baby pics... awesome that you had them scanned in!
Beautiful pictures! Loved seeing them. I read the comments and it seems to me that every time there's an older sister and a younger one, the older one seems to be a little jealous of the younger one!
Thanks for sharing. I enjoyed this.
I love looking at family albums. You and your sister are so cute and I love your beach outfits.
Indian burnI have not thought about those in years. They hurt! I loved looking at the old pictures and the one thing I noticed in all of them is your beautiful smile.
very cool. I love old pictures too. I think your sister looks like a bully, really, you can see it in the picture of just the two of you.
I love sifting through other peoples pics, they say so much, Can I ask you a question? Do you get on with your sis? You write like she was a bit of a 'controlly' type of person - the way you described her gripping you arm lol and squishing your fingers. All said and done though, you both look so lovely in 'all' of them, especially your little 'uniforms' there.
