Wouldn't you know it. I finish knitting a sweater just in time for the updated weather forecast of 39C/102F degree heat.
I wasn't going to post this photo but it shows off the cardigan better than the one where it's lying flat on the bed. Besides, it encourages me to stay on my diet. I plied some cotton yarn I bought on eBay and knit the sweater from the book, "Knit On Down". I don't usually go out to find items with a particular use in mind. If I see something pretty, like these buttons or teal coloured wool I buy it and decide what to do with it later so, I can't remember where I bought the buttons but they are wooden, carved in the shape of flowers.
