good swift kick in the butt. I wrote The MIL a thank you note for the 'gifts' the morning after Christmas and asked DH to pop it in the mail the next time he went out. Well, he's been out plenty of times but didn't think to drop it in a mail box until late yesterday; too late to be sent on it's way until today. Two weeks before Christmas I told him he needed to buy a new magenta (red) ink cartridge as the one in the printer was getting low. One week before Christmas I told him he needed to buy a new magenta and a new cyan (blue) ink cartridge. Last week I told him he needed to buy a new magenta, a new cyan AND a new yellow (yellow) ink cartridge. I am now trying to knit from patterns on the monitor because the printer objects to being used when it's out of ink. I'm not a nag or a harpy so I guess he won't be buying any new ink until HE needs to print something or the bloody snow melts so I can drive to the store.
