With tutoring from my talented friend, I knit one sweater 30 yeas ago, using multi colored yarn. I didn't put the pieces together for a year, being afraid they wouldn't match. Finally I joined them and the sweater was great -- the weave was a little tight on the first arm, but not seriously so. Now I've forgotten how to do this. Sigh. So I am in awe of your work.
How nice. And inspiring. I still remember several years ago when I was positive I would never knit a sweater, I was going to only make dishcloths for the rest of my life. I have since expanded to sweaters and hats, but now I'm saying I'll never make socks.
