I'd always called it a shopping cart and was actually mildly offended the first time I heard it called a granny cart. They come in different sizes. This one is a small size. Measured from the floor to the top of the handle it's 36 inches. The basket measures 14 in. across by 13 in. deep by 21 in. tall. It was owned and assembled by my mother-in-law, may she rest in peace, so I know a wheel could pop off at any time. It would have been her 87th birthday today.
