I'm sure there was something else I wanted to blog about. Something I felt was very important but it's gone now. If I remember I'll blog about it.

The lady's partially knit shopping bag had to wait until I had some spare time that was full of peace and quiet so I could figure out where the heck I had stopped knitting on it over a year ago.
So while I waited I knit a skull toque for my seven year old grandson who is pirate crazy.


Of course, I couldn't knit one for the seven year old wiout knitting one for his brother, the 11 year old.

I knit the skulls with "Glow in the Dark" yarn. I have a little hat planned for their baby sister; pink with little, white, fuzzy bunnies or kittens instead of skulls and maybe some matching mitts. The boys got skull mitts last year.

Then there was a matter of finishing the Pussy Foot Blanket that was started two months ago.


Then I knit myself a fuzzy hat. Please excuse the googly eyes. I have bifocals and needed to look through the top part to see myself in the camera in the mirror.

See my chin? Please note: chin is singular. I have now lost 27 pounds.

I have now figured out what I was doing regarding the shopping bag and should be finished that in a week or so.
