The owner called today. Apparently she did not get my e-mail as they had just found one of my on line reviews. She was adamant about having followed our medication instructions to the letter and insisted Angel had the fleas when she arrived. I don't know what she did wrong but Angel's thyroid numbers aren't going to jump up over 129 there and settle back down to 67 at home for no reason. Also, how could the owner/vet not notice the symptoms of a cat's thyroid imbalance worsening over the course of the month. As for fleas, we have had dogs and/or cats for almost 40 years. I know what flea turds look like. Angel sleeps between our pillows. I think I would have noticed flea turds on the washed out, pale yellow sheet. The only thing she said she was sorry about was my bad review. It's a good thing it was my polite husband who answered the phone. Had it been me she would have got an ear full of, "BU** SH**".
