What Was I Thinking
I'm always more creative at night. The later it gets the more creative I become. Unfortunately, it is also the time I have the least resistance to suggestion. (If the Girl Guides had come to my door at 1:00am we'd be storing crates of cookies in the garage.)
I have had felted bags on my mind for a few weeks now. I have been looking at beautiful pictures and wondering how I can convert them to a knitting graph. My mind is swirling with colours, all the colours of the rainbow and more. Sunday night I checked out my favourite on-line yarn source, Elann.com and picked through their worsted weight, felting wool. There were some lovely colours, and as I can already see my next bag in my mind's eye, I chose a few and stored my choices in the shopping cart; just so I wouldn't forget which ones I wanted, you understand. Time passed. It got later and later and the next thing I knew I was clicking on Check Out. I had just placed an order a week and a half earlier (See: Boy Was I Ever Wrong ) and here I am ordering 32 balls of yarn and a book I've been drooling over for a couple of years. Good Lord! What was I thinking?
