I Had Such Plans
for today and they all went kablooie.
First I had to take The Four Year Old to preschool. Check
Second I had to take out the garbage. Check
Then the unplanned call from DD#2 asking me to pick up The Eleven Year Old from school because he was sick. Check
Third I had to pick up The Four Year Old from preschool and bring him back home with me. Check
Then my day fell apart.
I didn't go grocery shopping.
I didn't get to the drug store.
I never made it to the vet's office for more cat food and Advantage.
Returning DH's Christmas gift (He didn't like this one either.) was out of the question.
I didn't make it to Canadian Tire.
I did, however get a lot of knitting done.
I have such plans for tomorrow.
