Yesterday, Port Alberni was forecast to be the Hot Spot in all of Canada with a high of 41C/106F. I'm not sure if we made it but if not I'd like to know the name and temperature of the town that beat us.

DD#1 has invited me to visit at her home. DD#1 has a heat pump aka central air conditioning. I may just hang out with her for a few days.

I really am melting in this heat. I've lost another four pounds. That's a total of 22 lbs off my heaviest weight. Only 55 lbs to go.
