Since Jon has shared the ingredients of his sauce with everyone I thought it only fair to divulge the secret ingredients of the Special Spaghetti Sauce that I've been making fresh in the Alberni Valley for a good number of years. Gordon Ramsay, eat your heart out......it'll taste even better with my sauce on it.
