This Has Got to Stop!
Last week I went to Walmart to buy some vitamin pills and I came home with wool; three bags full. Two bags were moss green and one bag was a dark, chocolate brown. I spent an evening looking for the perfect garment with which to transform the moss and eventually found this:

A nice, simple lines, square neck pullover.
(Free pattern from Berroco)
Yesterday I went back to Walmart for another bag of moss green wool, as the pullover calls for more yarn than I had bought, and came away with this:

One of those big, cheap balls of horrid acrylic yarn that is fit only for children's clothing, footwear and floor mats. This one is going to be a floor mat for the basement door. I did well matching the colour to the carpeting and new lino in the basement.
and this:

Two more bags of dark chocolate brown wool, one bag of teal green, two bags of navy blue, one more bag of moss green, five small balls of green cotton, one large ball of red cotton and one largish ball of red, tan and white veriegated.
I now have enough yarn to open my own yarn shop. The only trouble with that is I don't want to part with any of it. I'll bet you all thought I was kidding when I referred to my yarn addiction in an earlier post.
