I am so bored. I've been stuck in this basement for a day and a half and I may be here for another day and a half. I keep alternating between the computer and my knitting. Maybe there's a good movie on TV this afternoon. I think it's stopped raining and I would love to go out for a walk but I can't leave workmen alone in my house. I am surrounded by all the stuff that we packed up to store down here while the floors are being done. I feel like I'm a prisoner in my own home and I am SO bored.
I also have a pounding headache which isn't being soothed by the thumping and banging going on over my head. Goodness knows what they're doing up there. I believe the stench from the grey compound they painted the concrete, down here, is contributing to my pain. I think I'm allergic to it. My eyeballs are aching and my sinuses are throbbing. I feel like someone dropped a large rock on the top of my head. As soon as they leave for lunch I can sneak upstairs and grab some Tylenol. Have I mentioned how bored, Bored, BORED I am?
