Weigh in - Week 1
It's been a week since I saw Dr Duck and started my diet and exercise regime. I am eating considerably less during the day and walking considerably more. I've also started using my weight machine and have the sore arms to prove it. In spite of ordering pancakes at Smitty's on Father's Day, I am pleased to announce I have lost three pounds this week. I am now at 204. I can't wait to break the 200 barrier.
