This place hasn't looked this good in years. I noticed not all but most of the garbage is gone.
This photo, sans window screen, shows the condition of the fence better, the old tire just to the left of the add on car port turned garage, more garbage left on the steps and a wooden board on the grass to the right of the house.
Looking past Canada's finest giving his boot to the poor, drunken sot on the road (maybe he was just checking to see if he was alive), you can see the lush green weeds in front of the fence and curbside as well as the height of the grass and weeds in the yard in the summer time.
I can't wait to see what the new owner will do with this jewel of the neighbourhood.
