While using their power tools they tripped the breaker and when I next tried to use my computer the keyboard wouldn't work. I eventually got it working but the painters were panicked for a few minutes there. One of them had a computer geek guy on the phone but everything he suggested, I'd already done. I won't bore you with the details on how I got my keyboard to work.......Yes I will. I switched off the power bar everything is plugged into. Then I switched it back on. Am I a genius or what!
Anyway, They finally finished about 6:00 and it really does look nice.

All that messing about with caulking and the painters removed most of what I had done. Unfortunately, their tape stuck to the residue which stuck to the paint on my wall so I now have a few bald patches on the wall that need to be touched up.

I am pleased with the counter top. It looks fresh and new. Now all I need to do is refinish a few of the cupboard doors.
