January 22: I placed my last order.
January 22: Double Diamond Knits acknowledged my order and sent an e-invoice.
January 22: I paid for my order.
January 28: An order was electronically submitted to
Canada Post with expected delivery February 4.
February 1: Double Diamond Knits mailed my order.
February 1: Canada Post processed my order/package with
expected delivery February 8.
February 1: I e-mailed Double Diamond Knits:
Hi Judy,
I'm just wondering why my order is taking 17 days instead of the 1 - 7 days indicated on your website. The yarn is for a shawl that I have been commissioned to make and I have a deadline. If I lose this sale due to receiving the yarn late you may be assured that I will never place another order with Double Diamond Knits.
