I had an appointment with a different doctor today. It was a referral, to a specialist, from Dr Duck. The new doctor was such a refreshing change. She explained everything and quite put me at ease regarding my upcoming procedure. She frequently asked if I had any questions and answered them to the best of her ability. If she didn't know the answer, like when I asked how long I'd have to wait for the call from the hospital, she said she really didn't know but would hazard a guess of two months, give or take a few weeks.
I happily arrived at this new doctor's office under the assumption that she would be removing an uncomfortable but benign growth on the back of my leg. I was most disappointed to discover she would not be performing surgery on me but a colonoscopy instead. I can't wait to share all the messy details with you.
I have finished another Ducky Cardigan. It's sized for a 3 month old and this one's for sale.

My most recent acquisitions are three additions to my dye stash; chestnut, pine green and cantaloupe, three balls of Noro sock yarn that I will probably knit a shawl with and the most adorable, little, eight inch, 2.5mm circular needle.
